Austin Productions, INC, was founded in Brooklyn in 1952 and retired its entire line in 2009, birthing the current collectors' market. The company became famous for its patented method of reproducing famous sculptures from mold using a propriety quick-drying stone mix called DURASTONE. Once the durastone body had dried, artists would apply a patina by hand. 

Condition: Pre-owned -- very good; a few chips around the base
