Description: Gorgeous hand-painted plate from Royal Albert's famous "Flower of the Month" Series. The plate's basin is framed by exquisitely detailed forget-me-nots in bloom. Brass trim along the plate's lip.

Condition: pre-owned -- excellent; no chips, cracks, crazing; slight wear on the trim and the foot
