Antique - 1920's Tiffany & Co. Blue Guilloche Enameled Sterling Silver 5 Piece Dresser Set

Every once in awhile we have the opportunity for something beautiful and spectacular with an amazing story.  Although the entire story is not fully known, we have a small glimpse.

This amazingly beautiful antique five (5) piece dresser set by Tiffany & Co. is monogrammed with "M. E. W.  Aunt Eurania 27 May 1921".  

This set is sterling silver with baby blue (or Carolina Blue for you Tarheel fans) guilloche enamel. The mirror ( 9.75 inches x 5.375 inches x .25 inch) has a minor flaw in the upper left area (see pic).  The enamel is in beautiful condition and the sterling's patina is commensurate with its age. The bristles on both brushes (large: 7 inches x 2 inches x 1.75 inches and small: 6 inches x 1.75 inches x 1.75 inches) are slightly loose. The perfume bottle measures 6 inches with stopper (3.75 inches at its widest point) and is in excellent condition.  The crystal powder box measures 5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall and is also in excellent condition.  

Please note that these items were not manufactured in large quantities by Tiffany & Co. and only a few sets remain.  The price reflects these 'one-of-a-kind' sets.
